Yochanan Zobrist, sales associate at Michael’s Flooring & Cabinets, has over a decade of experience working with our internal team to assist customers through the sales process. His main responsibilities include ordering products, scheduling installations, and working with designers and realtors on new construction, renovation, and commercial projects. Zobrist’s role involves interacting with call-ins, walk-ins, and referrals on a daily basis and leading them through the flooring experience. He caters to a range of customers and their needs, including looking at different products and answering questions to help narrow down their product selections.

By doing so, Zobrist and the sales team demonstrate the company’s standards of trustworthiness and relatability through every step of the process and help choose flooring specific to each customer’s taste and preferences. Our team is laid back and known for being knowledgeable and approachable, which is why 90 – 95 percent of our customers leave with a purchase. Once customers select their flooring, Michael’s offers complimentary measuring and quote services without the commitment to purchase anything. We also offer hundreds, if not thousands, of samples so you can be certain you’re choosing the right product for your home.

From concept to selection to installation, we have your flooring and cabinetry needs covered. 

Typically, residential installations take anywhere from one to three days once customers select their product. One of our secret ingredients is having a strong, in-stock inventory of your favorite styles and selections, offered at unbeatable prices. We also own a trucking company to ensure a constant flow of new inventory to decrease lead time. 

When asked what his favorite part of the flooring process was, Zobrist shared, “My favorite part is improving someone’s living space. Flooring is a very tangible surface, and you interact with it much more than, say, a ceiling or wall.
